Steeple Claydon

Steeple Claydon Chapel,

West Street, Steeple Claydon

MK18 2NS

The Chapel is one of the last few buildings on the right hand side as you leave the village along West Street. (The opposite end of the village from the Church, which stands on higher ground on the eastern edge of the village.)
The central part of the present building was erected in 1862, although
it is known that Methodists were meeting in a  local property at least as early as 1830.  The chapel has a modern sanctuary, schoolroom, 2 kitchens and toilets.
